Capabilities
The systems and tools behind the delivery.
Tools vary from team to team, and I adapt to new software quickly. However, to give you a clear sense of my day-to-day stack, these are the platforms I rely on to keep things moving.
Key integrations
Systems I've joined up
The external services and platforms I've connected into product journeys and the business context that came with each one.

Toolkit
Tools I work in every day
Design, mapping & documentation
Making ideas visible before they're built, from wireframes and process maps to living requirements docs.
Delivery, product & API work
Running sprints, tracking bugs, testing APIs, and keeping tickets moving from backlog to done.
Reporting, analytics & insight
Tracking behaviour, measuring outcomes, and building reports that help teams decide what to build next.
AI in the workflow
Speeding up research, drafting requirements, and turning meeting notes into clear next steps.
Configuration & data fluency
Lending configuration & technical reading
I can read and work with structured data and configuration files directly, which means fewer lost-in-translation moments between business rules and engineering.
- XML & JSON
- Configuring complex lending products
- Underwriting rules in XML
Domain grounding
Where the technical knowledge comes from
Alongside the delivery experience, I've deliberately built formal knowledge in the areas that regulated financial products live or die on. Here's what each one actually gives you on a project.

Business Analyst Professional Certificate
Microsoft
Formal grounding in requirements elicitation, process modelling and data-led analysis (including AI-related modules), so I can apply the discipline behind clean traceability while using AI tools responsibly to speed up research, drafting and documentation.

Fund Accounting qualification
Dublin Business School
I can read the financial mechanics underneath a product (NAV, valuations, reconciliations and ledger movement), so financial logic and reporting requirements get specified correctly the first time.

Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA)
The Institute of Banking
Completed full professional training for the Irish QFA designation, recognised by University College Dublin and equivalent to UK CeMAP and DipPFS standards, mastering the core mechanics of mortgages, pensions and investments.
