Over the past seven years, I have driven complex digital transformations, platform migrations, and API integrations across highly regulated environments. Having cut my teeth in high-compliance FinTech and banking software, I bring that same structural discipline and process-first mindset to tech platforms of any kind.
Highly regulated projects fail when processes are sloppy or requirements are ambiguous. My approach is straightforward: establish clean traceability from day one, turn chaotic workloads into a structured backlog, and write great user stories that leave zero ambiguity for engineering teams.
I specialise in having the right conversations to make change easy—shielding developers from distraction so they can focus on building, while working seamlessly with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance and business goals are aligned before development begins.
Outside of project delivery, I spend time supporting people entering the field. I previously directed the finova Women’s Network, and I mentor junior analysts on navigating project environments and breaking down technical problems.
Digital Transformation & Major Platform Migrations
Drove a major household insurance digital transformation. Performed the data transformation requirements for an end-to-end migration of over 40,000 policies to the ICE Insuretech platform. Went live on price comparison websites with a new business journey. Scoped and designed an MVP for a customer portal and direct-to-consumer sales journey, while authoring REST API specifications for identity verification and SIRA fraud prevention.
B2B Buy-to-Let SaaS Originations & Technical Consultancy
Served as the key technical consultant for B2B SaaS originations serving tier-2 banks including Aldermore, Metro Bank, and Redwood. Drove a 36% backlog reduction (from ~1,100 down to 700 items) by analysing live SQL transactional data, and partnered with finance SMEs to identify and resolve a critical production bug causing interest calculation rounding errors.
Technical BA & REST API Specifications for Digital Insurance
Delivered the technical business analysis and product specifications for an Electronic Notice of Loss (ENOL) feature across high-volume digital insurance products. Defined complex REST API integrations linking two separate geospatial and speed-limit location data providers into the core platform.
Regulatory Servicing Delivery & Debt Migration UAT Validation
Delivered a major 11,000-case seasonal payments project in close collaboration with finance teams to guarantee processing accuracy. Led end-to-end UAT validation, defect tracking, and SQL-driven test data creation across critical debt migration projects while ensuring strict compliance with CCMA, CPC, and SME codes.
E-Commerce Workflow Optimisation & Digital Operations
Streamlined core e-commerce workflows and digital operations by translating complex business bottlenecks into structured process improvements, resulting in faster order execution and reliable operational delivery.
